Mike and Scott began the business in 1997 after corporate roles in sales and brand marketing - and are still actively involved in the business, working for their customers and alongside their fantastic team, a number who have been with TLC for many years. Our younger staff members help provide the freshness to continually evolve and they also have the same drive and passion for the industry and for our customers.
